We are looking for a qualified Community Manager to join our team! If you care for the environment, are, self-driven and ambitious tech-savvy professional we would love to meet you! We are expecting you to be experienced in social media, PR and promotional events. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications.

Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and create collaborative opportunities for individuals or groups to engage with each other.
-
Maintain a productive relationship with members and making work better for them by providing reasonable solutions or by making the right connections.

Building a relationship with individual members to help them network, collaborate and develop meaningful work relationship.
-
Timely communication to respective member’s problem resolution
-
Ensuring timely communication of invoices to respective member companies or collection of payments for respective accounts
-
Managing changes on the invoice due to fluctuations in the type of membership and/ or change in the number of memberships and or other needs.

Onboarding new members into the community and educating them on AIC programs
-
Deliver Hub tours for potential leads (walk-ins or Sales pipeline) through introducing the space and community in a manner that caters to their specific needs.

Ensuring member data is updated in the CRM platform

Ensuring Community Data is being updated in the events database and ensuring standard monthly communication is shared with respective members.

Ensuring each member feels that they belong to AIC Sangam community and are valued as such.

Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts

Help AIC Sangam team to organize and manage events to boost brand awareness
-
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and build relationships with industry professionals
Duties and Responsibilities

Any graduate
-
0-2 years of experience
-
Associated with at least one extra-curricular activity (team game)

Passion for Environment or Climate Change will be an added advantage
-
Work experience as a community manager or similar role will be an added advantage

Excellent verbal communication skills / writing skills
-
Excellent interpersonal skills
-
One who can enjoy engaging with people and can be cool as a cucumber if need be!
